<directions>Cook the Rice-a-Roni according to the box.

While the rice mix is cooking, dice the meat and mushrooms into 1/4" (approx) pieces, and set aside.

When the rice mix is finished cooking, scoop it all to one side of the pan and increase the heat to medium.

Add the meat and mushrooms to the pan and let them simmer for a minute while you beat the eggs.

When you hear the pan start to sizzle, mix everything in the pan together and spread the mix over the bottom of the pan. Allow mix a couple of minutes to fry.

Scoop the rice mix to one side of the pan again, then scramble the eggs in the other side.

When the eggs have mostly cooked, but not completely, break them up into small chunks and mix all the ingredients together. Spread the rice mix evenly in the pan and allow to fry for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.</directions>
