Chapter 4: Assault

Chapter 4: Assault

009 Thanu Isharu

Thanu Isharu, the day of rest, begins at dusk at the end of the sixth day of the week. People gather together in the temples and begin with prayer and a song of praise to God. Then, a priest or priestess will read from the scriptures, those scriptures appointed for that week's worship and discussion. This follows a chronological succession which begins at the first of the year with the first scriptures of Yia'arakh, our Holy Book, God's Word to Arzou.

002 Chapter One

So that others who might read this will gain a better understanding of my nature, I will begin by discussing my beginnings with a certain amount of levity. Much of my life beyond my early years was spent in situations where there was little humor or bouyancy, often involving literally life threatening events. It is difficult, to say the least, to discover in the midst of death and dismemberment a moment of oblivious humor in which one may laugh and be free of the burden of bloodshed.

XX Hameia's Justice

One of the men across the field from him looked toward the West and pointed, causing the others with him to stop. Even from this distance, Enaros could see the displeasure on Khormash’s face. He too looked westward and saw the figure, wearing telltale feathered armor, quickly approaching. It was Hameia. Puzzled at his niece’s appearance, he held up his hand, signaling his party to relax and wait. A few moments later, she arrived.

002 Chapter 1

"Faesha Ona? How did the creature get into the Vale of Dawn if it was a sacred place?"

"The Darkness has always been in the universe, Hameia," Ona said. "That one has forever sought to undo what Light has made, to turn the hearts of the Faithful from love to hatred. That place, though sacred, was opened to Darkness that Faithfulness could be demonstrated and rewarded with the blessings of Righteousness and Power."

Prologue

The Lovers’ Bath

Mirana awakened to the sound of ruvari singing to the dawning day as they left their nests in search of food. She could smell sika brewing, likely in the kitchen three floors below her window. Smiling, she rose from her bed and donned her bathing robe. After a cursory glance about the small but pleasant room, she opened the door and stepped into the hallway.

001 Prologue

Tembarat Kabryianithayia

8 Tembarat

This is the future long awaited closure to everything else preceding it. I will put very little of the actual text on here but... I will put parts of the Tembarat, according to the sequence in which they were originally written AFTER everything else has been published. I hope everyone finds it enjoyable when it's been posted.
